Orders will be dispatched once proof of payment has been received. Please allow 7 business days for all desk and 10 business days for all Dine-In Table. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or incomplete delivery due to incorrect address or absence of recipient. We are sorry to say but we do not accept any refunds. We will gladly exchange if you are unhappy with a size or if you find damage to a product on arrival, with a product that is still available in our store. If you would prefer we can offer you a shop credit which can be used on any full-priced item. Exchanges will only be allowed if a product is returned in its original packaging, and hasn’t been damaged. An Exchange needs to be requested within 10 days of purchase. All courier costs regarding the return will be charged on your own account.
